I usually do those as a side/appetizer to a main course. Pork belly burnt ends are always a hit!

I do not have any ideas on side dishes other than mac and cheese or some type of potato salad but I do WANT a recipe of how you prep and cook your burnt ends! I have never done this with anything but I want to try this with the pork belly. My boss swears by them.

I bought some pork belly from Costco. Cubed them. Didn’t season right away. Look at how to bbq right. Followed Malcolm Reeds recipe. Turned out good.
