Pizza on the SmokeFire

The Ooni is very well built. Solid construction and well thought out. I was able to get up over 800° in 20 mins using lump coal. I added oak before each pizza to get the flame rolling. Pizzas took about 60-90 secs to cook. It will take a bit to get the hang of baking so fast. I made 1 white, 1 margherita and 1 sausage pepperoni. They were baked in that order. You can see the progression. I was turning them about every 20-30 secs. Pretty excited to use it again.

Nice! Can’t wait for my Fyra to get here. I’ve read has bit of a learning curve with how hot and fast it cooks. Already warned my wife might need backups for first attempts.
 
Fyra arrived and burn in done. Plan to try first cooks on it tomorrow.

Ended up making the pizzas on SmokeFire since two different peel orders didn’t show up on time.
