First pellet smoke question - I’m smoked a Boston Butt (boneless) for 11 hours at 250 with 90 minutes of extra smoke at the start of my cook. Wrapped in butcher paper when the butt hit 170.

Here’s the question: I’ve gone through about 15lbs or more of Apple pellets in 11 hours, does that sound right?

Stuck it in the oven about 30 minutes ago to finish the cook, worried I was going to run out of pellets.
