I subscribe to both of them as well. I'm no expert by any stretch, but I'm working on upping my grilling game. For me, it's a terrific hobby and the bonus is we get to eat some tasty food as a reward. It also gets me out of my basement office to take a break when I'm busy...which is pretty much always these days.

I run a Graphic Design business with my wife and I teach graphic design at the College and University level part-time. Tons of marking. (what I am doing right as a matter of fact, at least until the hockey game starts.

My grandfather asked me when I was about 8 what I wanted to do when I grew up. I told him I wanted to have my own business! He said. "That is great, then you will only work half days, and it does not matter which half of the 24 hours you work!" God bless you and your business.

Well, your grandfather was right on the money! The summer tends to be a bit slower work-wise with everyone on vacation which is nice because that's prime grilling season. It's minus 7 outside currently. Half the fun is enjoying the outdoors, smelling the food cook, while enjoying a cold beverage and a good book. (I recommend the Orphan X series by Gregg Hurwitz, they're great thrillers)

I'm kind of partial to rum and coke. Bacardi Limon Rum and Coke Life. (no sugar, no aspartame, zero calories - sweetened with stevia) I also enjoy a cold beer now and again.

You are a wise man! NO weird artificial sweeteners. I drink Zevia's which are made in various flavors... a good cream soda, one they call Dr. Zevia (guess) and a good black cherry flavor too. I am on low carb... got 40 pounds more to lose! So along with that one Beer now and then (Samuel Adams) and my favorite is TEQUILA straight up. NO CARBS! Haha. Getting me away from aspartame was actually my wife's doing. Some of those artificial sweeteners are full of scary shit! I went back to regular coke for a bit until Coke Life came out, now I can enjoy my drinks guilt-free. Good job on the weight loss! Sadly, tequila and I had a disagreement back when I was in college and we haven't spoken since. Glad to know you here as well.

I got sick at a party drinking GIN when I was in 8th grade... over 45 years ago... haven't touched it since!!!
