I didn’t pay attention to startup time but worked great for me. Started at 350, for an hour then upped to 450 for 30 minutes. Did seem to jump from 350 to 450 pretty quickly, and beat of all no lost set points.

I would suggest that you keep track of the temp using an air probe rather than the controller probe. I have seen a very good run and a problematic run with the new junOS. It appeared to depend upon the initial temp setting. I am still watching.
