Oddly enough, this was my pre-prep for today's cook, thanks for the inspiration JpsBBQ! An extra-smoky Smoky Martini: smoked Gin on the SF not the Scotch!! with the family traditional backup x-mas day ham in SmokeBoost mode. Cherry pellets would probably have been better...live and learn.

This year has been great for me! Still alive and grilling...a lot. So yeah there a little change to the way we do things. Toilet paper was considered as gold. No longer can breath fresh air when in public. But, you know what? Just think you might not live in a free country. God bless the U.S.A.! Merry Christmas,

Merry Christmas Ladies and Gents. I'm a very happy boy - wife bought me a folding shelf and mum bought me a gourmet BBQ system chicken roaster. Feel a test cook is needed this week.
