Did some blackened Mahi on an iron skillet on my EX6. Turned out super good. Sauce was very tasty.

Looks good indeed. I would have left off the sauce though. Maybe just some butter melted on top. How does asparagus come out on the SF?
 
Well imo the sauce was good, but as a side note I did have a nice piece at the grill…chefs privilege and all.
