Used the leftover brisket to make some chili. Can of black beans, can of corn, one onion, one red bell pepper, three cloves minced garlic, can of diced tomato’s, 2 small cans tomato paste. 2 tbsp chili powder, one tbsp paprika, one tbsp cumin, 2 tbsp black pepper. One bottle Guinness stout. Approx 3-4 lbs brisket. Turned out real good.
