EX6, 3, 22” kettles, 18” kettle and a e310 gasser
I’ve got some jerky on the SF right now. Set at 200.

Hey, BBQKing, are you using a Weber grill? :ROFLMAO:

I'm anxious to try making jerky.
 
I used Kinders teriyaki sauce and Worcestershire. With a pinch of pink curing salt. I used top sirloin from Costco.
 
Like 3.5-4 hours
Nice. Never done top sirloin for jerky. Did an eye of round jerky A B comparison test with 4 rubs yesterday. The A group was smoked for 1 hour on smokeboost and finished in the dehydrator. B was not smoked...straight into dehydrator. In all cases, smoked tasted better. At 1 hour only it gives a kiss of smoke without overpowering it.
