Those look great! if you freeze them first, then vacuum seal it won't crush them...learned that the hard way! Looks like I can see the frost on the grinder head. Good call to put that in the freezer, it really makes a difference. I never thought much about it until i saw Cabela's selling their grinders with ice packs that fit around the auger area...probably something to it.

The ones in the ziploc bags went straight into the fridge.The ones on the cookie trays went into the freezer for an hour before I vac packed. Worked out great.
