Kind of heavy seasoned, but I like bold flavors. Will post more pics into the cook.

Never seen that McCormick’s before. Just ordered a bottle on Amazon. Haha! How do you like it?

It’s really good. Right now my favorite seasoning is McCormick roasted garlic and herb. This is very much like the garlic and herb stuff. Use the blues hog for the reddish color.
 
I only sauced one of the racks…will leave one unsauced for dipping…I should have sauced them both! I’m not a big fan of bbq sauce on my ribs or chicken…this cook may have changed all that

The ribs looks great... This diet is killing me. ;)
 
I’m with you. I just started a weight loss program. Getting a bariatric revision done. So I had one rib and that’s all I could do…but I was worth it for the family!
