First Brisket a HUGE success!

It does really suck all the issues many have had with this grill as I have had nothing but success after success. This was my first pellet grill and I got it so I could get rid of my natural gas Weber (actually I did not get rid of it just moved it to another home) since I could low and slow smoke and also grill/sear. Can't wait for future updates as well. I love new products that actually improve through their life cycle. I did a flat cut brisket from Costco this past Sat. Started at 8am and reached 205 by about 3pm. wrapped in towel and inside cooler for 3+ hours. My wife and I almost ate the whole thing

Dude, I am in exactly the same place as you. This is my first pellet grill, owned since February and have nothing but good results with it. I hate that so many have had issues, but I just keep hoping updates and updated parts will get them to the same place as us

Same here. So easy to use that I grill/smoke at least 4 days a week. Gave my all my old equipment to my sons-in-law. Cooking a SRF Wagyu brisket for the family over the 4th.

All good here too. No issues. Weber is great. Nice looking brisket. I’m sailing that ship later on tonight. What temp did you cook the brisket at?
