I can’t say enough about Weber support. Was one of the early purchasers of the Smokefire EX-6. Had a problem mid year with auger failure. In the end, they sent me a complete brand new EX-6! Second smoke in and got a thermocouple E8 error last week. Told them my tale of whoa about today being early Thanksgiving for 13 1/2(grandson). They overnighted new part and this is the result!
