I'll try that 200f first and then raise a to target temp on next smoke. Other than a few flameouts this has been a very good smoker. There should be an option to force the smoker restart in case of flameout without waiting 15 minutes. At least last summer I was able to get it to restart without 15 minutes waiting time by removing glow plug cable, restarting the machine without it once, and then start normally again with glowplug. I have not tested if that still works(or was it just coincidence that it worked last summer), but if it works there could be easy modification with an external switch to speed things out . But of course, the 15 minutes safety shutdown is there for a reason.
