Well, they have a 100 day return policy so you could have done that and got another but you didn't so suck it up and wait it out.

Back to 'it's shit so you should have returned it'. The fact that I haven't returned it is testament that I haven't given up hope yet.

When I eventually cook something I'll give a review. Until then, I'll comment on how we've gone from fall to full on snow and my grill is still a brick.

Dude, I'd love to add value on the differences between using applewood vs hickory, but it would all be speculation because I CAN'T USE MY GRILL. The moment I can, I'll have more to say that would contribute more usefully.
