First brisket on the EX4. High-heat...325 degrees. 15 lbs packaged...aggressively trimmed before cooking. Big Moe Cason's beef rub. Weber Grillmaster pellets. 2.5 hours unwrapped, 2.5 hours wrapped. 2 hours resting in a cooler. Tender and tasty....forgot to get a pic after slicing.
