Controller swithing on/off randomly...

hi all, and happy new year. Yesterday while cooking for dinner, my smokefire had issue... the controller was switching off ad on, like power plug was loose - of course it was not - even pairing with the app has been lost... cooking stopped, and alert msg received on the display "emergency arrest, bbq estinguishing".

Can't be able to resume it... once trying to swith it on again, display flashing and controller rnooting continously. Pellets feeder does not work and lighter as well as.

anyone has had same issue?
