Bit disappointed in the EX4

Same issues - Weber sent me very complicated steps to rebuild my grill... which isn't going to happen. I think I have a very expensive deck ornament that can sometimes grill hamburgers (if it's feeling like working)...

So let me get this straight...
Weber have given you s possible fix but you arent doing it? On top of that, you are still pissed it isnt working properly?

Hey DJ, it’s possible that if you aren’t capable of doing the repairs yourself that Weber might arrange to have a local dealer or sales rep do it and cover the expenses. I’d ask if you aren’t able to do the work yourself. It’s not unheard of.

I just hate to see folks not getting the same experience I have gotten because it’s awesome. When I say that it’s awesome just know I’ve used quite a few pellet cookers as well as Komodos, kettles, gas,etc. lots!
