Just a reminder that if you do pull the auger, put a bucket under the exit there. No, I didn't learn this the hard way, why do you ask? [finishes sweeping his patio]

Nope but it only takes 5min to remove the auger out and do it that way.Reading through this thread I think I know the answer but I'll ask anyway: Is there anyway to make the auger completely disgorge whatever pellets remain in chute without removing the whole assembly? Seems like it could be a simple software driven maintenance/cleaning mode selection. Temp cold, hopper empty, glow plug off, auger on. Maybe I'm over simplifying this (or over complicating it).
Ive been wanting to try them to....Back to the original post, I have really enjoyed the flavor of the Knotty Wood pellets lately. My closest stores don’t sell Weber pellets anymore unless I go to an Ace hardware. Home Depot does ship to home for free in my area with Knotty Wood. Give it a shot.
I find they work well for me, but I will admit I also like the Costco pellets as well. The only pellets I have found that I did not like were the Sam's Club pellets.Has anyone tried the bear mountain pellets? If so what is your opinion?
