Cooking Salmon on a pellet grill (currently a Traeger) has become one of our family's favorite meals. What's your best method for cooking Salmon?
I've found that cooking it with the skin side down directly on the grill works well. I always spray a little olive oil on the grates to make sure the skin doesn't stick. Throw a little button & lemon pepper on top and that's about it.
Here are the results tonight after 30 mins cooking at 350 (this is on the Traeger, can't wait to try it on the Weber)
