I thought I read somewhere that they used a common glow plug that could be found at an auto parts store so you would not have to be stranded if you needed one in an emergency.

Looks common. But not sure about electrical connection on end.

Yes agreed. I have be having better luck calling. Although you will be on hold for some time, seem to have better luck talking live vs email. Went back and forth over a few days about welded auger and no luck..called overnited same day.

Sorry a little late to the party on this one, but thank you for this info! This just happened to me this weekend, was able to getting it started with a mapp gas torch and cook went fine. Will be calling today for new plug.

After several cooks this happened. Had no problems before what so ever... mehhhhh

Do you Vacuum it out much?
It can’t breathe...break it down all the way (all removable parts, brush the ash into the catch pan, vaccuum under burn pot and clean the burn pot grate-

Yup. Cleaned the whole thing. Got the pallets out etc. And it worked again disconnected everything etc. After that it worked again.

I have had the same issue twice and each time I was out of my staple Lumberjack brand pellets so I used Kingsfords because the store was close and handy. Won’t do that again. Happened both times with non Lumberjack pellets.
