My son brought me some alligator meat. Anyone have ideas? I've never cooked it. He was told to pound it out flat, rest it in milk, season and then fry it. It is in a vac pack, looks like 1/4-1/2" think portion about the size of your hand, probably 1/2 pound.

When we had access to gator meat, we would just cut up the tail meat in 2" chunks, bread the pieces and deep fry like you would any other fish Sprinkle with cajun seasoning before or after frying

Been wanting to do a whole gator. I’ve read the tail meat is good. I would definitely use Tony’s or a similar Cajun seasoning.
