I need to do a load of beef ribs / jacobs ladder on Sunday - any advice on low & slow in the SF?
Cheers!

Use the smoke boost for a couple hours then I would pump the temp up to 250-275 personally. I’d use the blend pellets or hickory. Enjoy.

Are they beef ribs like in my profile photo? I guess I should have asked. Either way, same method for me.

Oooo man are you in for a treat! Some say brisket on a stick, but I feel it’s more pot roast on a stick. One of my all time favorites.

'brisket on a stick ' - thats brilliant - never heard that before :ROFLMAO:

First thing I smoked in the SF was a Wagyu beef rib, it was amazing!!!
Cooked to 165 and wrapped in butcher paper, came out perfect.
