Did some cream cheese/brisket ABT's today for New Year's Eve. Used my home smoked bacon glazed with teriyaki sauce

I’m locked and loaded…ready…just in case there is any questions, whole, cored, and stuffed, with a whole strip of bacon per pepper is the BEST way to do abt. And these look excellent!
 
I use a jerky gun to fill the cored peppers up all the way.

Nice tip, I was wondering if you used a ziplock with the corner cut off to create a piping bag. Jerky gun is a good idea. I suppose there’s people out there with a cheap cake decorating set that has a similar implement.

Just threw some on myself, I use the bags from my food saver, they don’t break like baggies do.
Put a couple bell peppers in for the kids.

Cmon, I would not turn down a half baked popper! You know they would still be good. My wife does cakes so we use a frosting bag, or a gallon ziplock with corner cut out. Just did some this Christmas, and the round tray is from last Christmas….
