First time doing poor mans burnt ends.

What’s your recipe for that corn? Looks tasty.
One white onion diced and sprinkled with teaspoon of sugar, one diced bell pepper, can of sweet corn.

gently brown pepper and onion in a skillet, after 10 mins add the corn and cook for another 10, turn up the heat and let it char and then serve.

I actually left the skillet in the SF while the thighs were cooking, a couple of the thighs were on the rack above so some of the juices probably landed in it too.

and then first roasts. I did two because it seemed silly to do one little one on the giant EX6. Also did potatoes which were surprisingly good.

It was all good, but I’m better at hamburgers on the kettle.
