Very Frustrated with Smoke Fire

Smoke Fire I have 2 of them
I have purchased 2 Smoke Fire Pellet Grills.
I purchased the first one for a lake cabin and it works fine so I bought another one for our primary home. The second one has not worked more often than it works. We are constantly taking partially cooked food off of it after it quits and taking food into the kitchen to finish cooking. I have replaced the Thermocoupler twice and it is showing E8 Thermocouple Error again now midway through cooking dinner today.
I am extremely frustrated and ready to take it to the landfill.
 
What does Weber say about this?
Sounds like you need to go get the one from the cabin and swap them over.
Were you asking for help or just making a statement?
It's your first post and I didn't see a question so it's hard to tell.

Sounds pretty frustrating. I'd recommend giving Weber a chance to make it right, but politely let them know how frustrated you are. Sounds like you have already spent more time than you should with them (assuming you got the thermocouples replaced under warranty).
 
Sorry to hear you are having these issues. Seems like it just could be a bad unit and Weber just needs to replace it.
 
Weber replace the control board on mine twice because something was frying the unit. In the end they just sent me a whole new grill and very few issues since. I would tell them to either fix it or send you a new one.
 
That sucks! Definitely contact Weber and have them make it right.
