Update problem

Hey guys!

Just got my SmokeFire EX4 today, everything worked fine, until i started the gril, it hade one probe connected (it was not connected), wifi Connect did not work, and update did not work, did recovery mode, still do not work and it wont leav recovery mode. What to do?

Sounds frustrating. I would contact Weber. Hopefully you can call them and get faster help.
