Hey all, I'm Ed. I live in O'Fallon, IL about 20 minutes from St. Louis. I love to grill year round, I have the SmokeFire Gen2 EX4, a Spirit II 310 3 burner gas grill and the good ole faithful Weber Kettle. Look forward to sharing stories, ideas, remedies and recipes.
