Searwood 600
I got my Searwood 600 3 days ago. First cook was boneless chicken breasts. Probably the best chicken breasts I’ve ever cooked! My next cook will be reverse searing a large beef filet tomorrow or Monday. I come from many years with a BGE so I have a lot to learn. Luckily both my sons have pellet grills, a Camp Chef and a Traeger.

I’m very open to suggestions and advice.

Hey - I’m new to it the pellet scene as well. I’ve had gas and electric, did a lot of research and felt Weber was the way to go given my budget, patriotism, experience with my Weber gas (Genesis II 410) grill and the YouTube and online reviews. Keep me posted on how things come out.

New to the Weber pellet grill, just ordered the 600 XL and it arrives in a couple of days. I have a Weber kettle and I've had a Pit Boss pellet. Lots of frustration with the Pit Boss. Hoping to see that Weber durability on this pellet grill.

How’d that filet work out?

It was delicious!
