I'm bardfourlife, my wife bought me a new weber to replace my 25 year old gold series. She bought me a searwood 600. I took the old grill plates off my gold series and stuck them in my new one , for they were already seasoned. Also a b e nt my rotisserie plate up ward then added it to the new one. All is good. Going to buy one more probe so I'll have 2. I had always had weber as far as I can remember, and never had a problem with any of them. This is my first pellet grill. I cleaned it once , I do it after each pellet basket is done. Very easy to clean. So far I have cooked ribs, chickens, steaks. Also a roast. Chickens were 2 rotisserie, and a beer one. All was fantastic. Next a picnic pork shoulder, hoping for crackling skin.
