Greetings from the Great White North. I jumped into BBQ 20+ with an 18" Bullet. Learned a lot of the tricks with that unit and produced a couple of great meals off it, including one 18 lb brisket worthy of the Franklin HOF. Never been able to do it again tho, so my quest continues. Couple years back I needed more real estate and was getting tired of the continual attention the Bullet required, so sold it and bought a Traeger Pro22 and joined the "set it and forget" crowd. (Nobody in town was selling Weber pellets smokers at the time, so my choice was limited.) Hoping to contribute and pick up some new techniques and good recipe ideas from you folk.
