New from Round Rock

Hello all! I've been using Weber for several years now once I realized that the quality was superb over a lot of the cheaper brands out there. I've been super happy with the Smokey Mountain, Kettle and Genesis grills I've had for a while. I'm in the Round Rock Tx area.

Figured it was time to upgrade and go all in on the Searwood 600XL and am looking forward to trying new things on that beast. My first pellet smoker, so I'm here to look for any tips and tricks to get the most out of it.
