New here from Alabama. I'm currently cooking on a 22" Weber Kettle while evaluating my next non-charcoal grill. Until recently I also had a Weber Spirit three-burner propane, it lasted about 10 years. Started out with Weber 32 years ago, cooking on a Smokey Joe while living in an apartment, and then an 18" Kettle. Non-Weber, but I just gave away a Pit Barrel Cooker that I just could never fall in love with, and 2 houses ago I had a post-mounted Broilmaster P3 running on natural gas.
Looking hard at a Searwood, which led me to this forum.
We grill a lot, burgers, steaks, chicken, etc., and when time permits, I like to cook pork spare ribs and Boston butts. I've never done a brisket, but I'd like to learn.
