Got my new custom grill grates for my EX6 from KZL Fabrication. They do great work. Split bottom grate and full size 14x36 upper grate that can fold in half to be 7x36 if you need more room. Can still cook on it when folded or remove it completely. Just finished seasoning them up.. first cook tomorrow will be some beef plate dino ribs.

Enjoy!

How are these to clean? They seem like they'd be more difficult than the standard grates due to the small diamond shapes of the grate. They look really nice though, I'd love to swap out my standard issue grates with something better!

Cant really answer that yet as I only have a couple cooks on them. I can tell you that with the seasoning set on them they are incredibly non stick and will get even more so as the seasoning builds up with more cooks. In the offset smoker world I know people often clean grates like these with a waded up ball of foil and some tongs and that knocks any big things off them
