New app version 1.1.1 for both Android and IOS

Sorry for the Dutch screen print. But it shows that there is a new version. According to de accompanying description it delivers support for Pulse, Genesis II EX/SX and Spirit EX/SX Grills. It also delivers General improvements . I hate it when the term General improvements is used in app updates. Apparently the developers are either not proud of there achievements or too afraid to share it with the general public.

Had not yet had the chance to check if there are also Grill firmware updates........

There weren't any updates when I cooked tonight.
No new updates showing on their list either (including the android/iOS ones).

Their list always runs behind recent updates.

P.S. It is in the iOS store. It was not there yesterday when I fired up the SF.

Just downloaded the iOS updated version. Still haven’t received the new firmware.

The new update works poorly on Android. After initial start of the grill when I try to change temp with the app it says caution ignite grill and does not let me change Temps in the app. Grill still works fine. Also the app has a deactivate smoke boost as a option in the temp control even if not activated. I deleted and reinstalled the app. This did not help. I'm really frustrated that with new updates it's like taking a step back with more glitches all the time. This grill has great potential but weber seems to have issues with their software team.

That may be why they brought them in-house. They might get a little better service now.
