Just here to say I did that for my last pork shoulder and it was enthusiastically received.
We made it into tacos, and put grilled pineapple on it, and as my sons would say, it was FIRE.
Do all of the seasonings to get the full effect, especially the last one.
I now need to try their Mexican brisket.
