Just here to say I did that for my last pork shoulder and it was enthusiastically received.


We made it into tacos, and put grilled pineapple on it, and as my sons would say, it was FIRE.

Do all of the seasonings to get the full effect, especially the last one.

I now need to try their Mexican brisket.

Nice, I need to try these out. I use their fajita seasoning on chicken breasts for tacos pretty much every week.
 
Excellent, I’ll try one on my next pulled pork smoke, I usually do 2 and like to do a different flavor for each. I’ve seen his video for both and they looks good.
