Looking for recipes and tips like many of you are. Converted my Weber Genesis II Series 400 to a Griddle. Full size... cooked up some eggs and bacon to start and they were great.

Looking to make up some simple/easy Paninis and experimenting with other ideas.

Any suggestions on tools, tips, recipes are welcomed.

Welcome, I’ve watched quite a few Flattop King videos that were helpful. He’s got some accessory tips to. I’d get couple long flat spatulas, a scraper, and some squirt bottles to start with.

I did the same when I bought my Searwood XL. As abmet mentioned, The Flattop King has a ton of useful tips. The best one I've found, especially with my Genesis 410, is getting an infrared thermometer so you know what temp you have on your food while you're cooking. With 4 burners & a thermometer, you can truly utilize the zone cooking methods necessary so you don't burn eggs, but can have crispy hash browns, sausage or fluffy pancakes, all at the same time.

Thank you! I purchased a thermometer right out of the gate. The wife rolls her eyes at me with all that I bought but I've used most everything already! LOL
