Hello from Finland!

Hey group!

Greetings from Finland! New EX6 owner here! Bought my unit late May this year. Found my way here because of the familiar issues that many are experiencing. Won't go to details here as they are the very same as others. Just sent reclamation to Weber here at Finland, let's see how that goes.

This is my fifth Weber unit, from oldest to newest: Weber Q300 gasser, Smokey Mountain Cooker, Smokey Joe, MasterTouch Kettle and finally EX6. The Q300 I gave to my mother already years a go, WSM and the kettle I donated to a family near by who had always dreamed of having the Weber charcoal setup and BBQ, but didn't have the financial position to get those. Idea of course was that the EX6 will replace all of them.. The Smokey Joe I have kept - too cute to let go...

I have three kids, wife and two daschunds (wiener dogs), so I live pretty busy life. Outside of grilling and BBQ I do mountain biking with my eMTB bike, hunt a bit and do bit of competitive pistol shooting.

Welcome and good on you for helping others get to experience some good Weber products! my family has been enjoying the food I’ve made on my SmokeFire and I’m sure yours will as well.

I'm new to this group as well, JimBob....but I'll still welcome you! I just bought an EX4 not even a month ago, so I'm learning like everyone else.

I was a hard core Weber charcoal guy with a gasser. I used to say that pellet grill were blasphemy...lol then I got an EX6. Well it’s probably still blasphemy, but I’m liking mine...a lot. Welcome to the show.
