Having a problem with gray/black color on the meat. It has an oily feeling. The black looks like charcoal but changes to a slimy surface. I'm wondering if is related to my flaming. My flames are large and orange, some blue but not much. I'm thinking the tubes may be an issue. I did replace tubes and igniters several years ago, considering replacing again now but not sure if that will correct the flame color
