First BBQ on Searwood XL

I cooked my first two racks of ribs on the Searwood tonight.

I followed this recipe

The grill is awesome and the ribs turned out well. I’ve got a lot of homework to do.

I've never wrapped ribs before. How did they turn out? I'm new to the Searwood XL and I've only cooked chicken and shoulder, but I will be doing ribs. Most of my rib cooks have been done on my old Weber Smokey Mtn. Thanks.

They were good. I'd rate them 6-7 out of 10. I did a spicy rub with sweet sauce and the group ate all of them.
