Emptying the pellet hopper....

Has anyone figured out how to empty the pellet hopper with dumping pellets all over? I put a bucket underneath my EX4, but due to the location of the legs- its really hard to get directly underneath it, plus there is a significant gap between the top of the 5 gallon bucket i am catching in and the hopper dump chute.

Any thoughts or hacks?

Right now I hold a large scoop under the hole, then dump into my bucket. I’m thinking of cutting the bottom off of another bucket so can put it on top of my storage bucket. That way it’s closer to the hopper to keep the pellets from bouncing out.
