Is anyone else getting these consistently? I have cleaned out my hopper 4-5 times, cleaned it, and still have the issue. Also keeps saying I have low fuel. I’ve asked Weber about it and was on the phone for 45
minutes and all I got was exactly what the manual says to do. I’m holding out hope but I wanted this more for smoking meats than grilling and I believe I went with the wrong product.
