While replacing old burners, I had to remove the manifold. This is secured to the firebox, with 2 3/8" bolts. While removing them, I broke both off, in the grill using little effort. Now I must remove them. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, remedies welcome, thanks.

Can you accurately describe what part of the bolt and where it might have broken? Pics would help a great deal!

I had the same problem. Tried to drill out the stud but that did not work. Ended up drilling into the grill body next to the broken post in line with the burner tube but closer to the gas outlet manifold.
