How do I enter?
Post in this thread 1 photo of your favorite cook on the SmokeFire. The photo included must be your photo! It's not required, but we prefer the photo to include your username (on a piece of paper, napkin, etc, be creative!)
Include a a caption along with the photo.
We will leave the contest thread open for 12 days and close it April 18th @ 3:00 PM EST.
After that we will open up the voting and allow the community to vote for the winner!
The winner's photo will be featured on our website and receive a special "Smoke of the Month" badge!

My entry. Poor man’s burnt ends. Chuck roast cubed, seasoned with The BBQ Rub, and Kinders Woodfired Garlic. On the EX6 for approx 2 hours at 275. Made a mixture of beef stock, bbq sauace, and honey Deez Nuts rub and Sweet Peep rub. In foil covered pans for two more hours at 300. Mac n cheese, wife made a pasta salad.
