No real information on what the improvements are yet, pity. But this is how you make use of app's small and quick iterations of enhancements and fixes. Top for the Weber App (iPhone) team.

Yeah, the release notes are exactly the same as version 0.9.7. So assumed just some bug fixes and no new functionality.

9.8 is supposed to fix a problem some had when trying to pair. I cannot get 4025 to load but no problem with the Software. Customer support has gone silent, call or email.

It is a two step process. After the Jun OS updates, pair the grill and your phone. Leave the phone on the grill for about thirty minutes, do a shutdown procedure, and turn your grill back on. The new firmware should load, indicated by flashing lights on the controller. After it is loaded, you can check version either on your phone or the controller.
